The house had everything we needed - fully kitted out fam. And the location was fire, just minutes away from the most peng beaches and the train station for easy exploring. We had an absolute blast and already planning our next trip back!

Only thing we could've done with was a banging outdoor space to chill and party. Like, a lit BBQ area and some fresh garden furniture would've made it the ultimate hangout spot for us young, party-going peeps.

The 13.5 tog quilts were a bit warm, but we just slept under the quilt cover to adjust to the temperature. Other than that, there was really nothing else to complain about.

I recently stayed at a charming property in a quiet cul-de-sac, nestled in a wonderful location with breathtaking sea views. The house was bright, spacious, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The proximity to beautiful beaches and convenient train access made exploring the area a breeze. The garden was perfect for enjoying the outdoors, although the furniture and BBQ could use a little sprucing up. Despite that, my overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of a delightful getaway.

we stayed at No12 Pats Place , Sleeps 6 , Sea Views Over and had an absolutely fantastic time. the house is fully equipped with everything you need and is light and bright inside. the beds were comfy and had nice white linens. the location is amazing, with quiet cul, de, sac and ample parking. We didn't even need to use the car because there is great walking on the coast path and easy train access to explore. Carbis bay beach was just a short walk from the house, although it was a bit steep. the garden was great for us as we had dogs.

We will definitely be back thanks to the friendly and helpful host. Cons: Nothing to dislike.

I keep coming back because it has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff even helped me find a lost item once. Can't wait to return for my holiday!

Stayed in a bungalow with a view and free parking. BBQ, microwave, and even towels were provided - no need to bring my own! Close to Porthkidney Beach and St Michael's Mount.

Such a shame the garden furniture was tired, I had to make do with sitting on the grass!

Sea Views Over Carbis Bay - The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. It felt like being on a luxurious cruise ship with the vast expanse of the sea stretching out before us. We spent countless hours mesmerized by the changing colors of the sea and the ethereal beauty of the sunset.

Tired BBQ furniture - The only minor issue we encountered was that the BBQ furniture seemed a little worn-out.
